PStill is a PostScript/EPS and raster image to PDF file converter. The windows version features a GUI with Drag & Drop conversion ability but also includes a scriptable command line converter tool for batch use. The 'Normalizer version' can also output directly to other formats, like PS and EPS. More infos and trial/demo versions are available on the PStill web page (http://www.pstill.com). The license code you can order here is valid for the Windows and the *NIX command line releases of PStill, however not for the MacOS X versions. The license is upgradeable and transferable (between systems and all suported operating systems except MacOSX), updates up to version 1.99 are free.

Non-commercial or edu users should order a personal license. For any commercial use (within a commercial envirnment, e.g. for-profit, company or government) a commercial license is needed. All license types allow the creation of PDF, if you also like to create EPS or PS formats a 'PS/EPS Normalizer' license type should be ordered.
